SEWELL, NJ – The Delaware Valley Floral Group, LLC (DVFG) has reached an agreement to acquire certain assets of Pennock Floral, specifically their wholesale floral distribution locations in Pennsauken, NJ and Laurel, MD. Pennock Floral will continue to operate their remaining locations in Pittsburgh, PA and Jacksonville, FL.
With over 140 years of dedicated service to the floral community, Pennock Floral has built a reputation as a reliable, service-oriented supplier to retail florists, event professionals, and designers throughout both regions. With a focus on personal relationships, prompt delivery, and consistent quality, Pennock Floral has been a cornerstone for many of its customers’ success.

The final day of service out of the Pennsauken, NJ and Laurel, MD Pennock locations will be Friday, June 27, 2025. DVFG has prepared a comprehensive transition plan to ensure continued service with minimal disruption and has been working closely with their leadership team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all customers.
